Conditions of accommodation

Our prices include tax and services, except for local daily stay tax of 1 € pers, to be paid when checking out.
For any booking made on line, the American breakfast buffet will be offer**.

Children under the age of 12 years old can share their parent’s room free of charge, excluding meals.
Breakfast in supplement: 7 €
Maximum 1 child per studio, 2 children in the Junior Suite, 3 children in the Duplex Apartment,
and 4 children in the Duplex Suite.
Kid’s bed and high chairs are freely available on request. Reserve on booking, limited availability.

The following services are inclusive in the package: Beach and swimming pool access with sun loungers, umbrellas, beach towels (against deposit of 25 €/towel), Jacuzzi, secure children’s playground, canoes, volleyball,  snorkeling equipment, free scuba diving training in the swimming pool with a registered instructor, table tennis
